Paul W. Tracey Solicitor is the principal of the practice established in 1990. Paul qualified in 1982 having studied law in U.C.D. and the Law Society of Ireland. He worked with Marren & Company Solicitors between 1982 and 1990 where he gained extensive experience in general practice, prior to setting up his own practice. Paul has wide-ranging experience in the field of litigation including large-scale litigation cases for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has a particular interest in advising clients in a proactive way by working closely with each client's particular needs. He has tutored students at the Law Society of Ireland Law School and is a member of A.P.I.L and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. Paul has also served on the Technology Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. Paul was also personally involved in the development of an advanced computerised legal case management system called Opsis which is now widely used throughout Ireland in Solicitors practices. Sharon Tracey (Practice Manager) Sharon Tracey, BA (UCD), ACA. Sharon has been involved in the practice since 1995. She spent her training years in KPMG after which she worked in Bank of Ireland for 4 years. Sharon has many years of experience in Practice Planning and Development. Along with responsibility for the Financial Management of the practice she undertakes an overall management and quality assurance role. Sharon heads up our Debt Collection Department and brings her considerable experience in the world of Accountancy to assist our clients Catherine McGonagle (Solicitor) Catherine McGonagle Solicitor B.C.L. is a graduate of UCD having qualified as a solicitor from the Law Society of Ireland in 1982. Piarais Neary (Solicitor) Piarais joined Paul Tracey Solicitors in September 2006, having worked in litigation, family and criminal law for three years. Since joining our team Piarais is currently based in our Litigation department and can provide specialist advice on all aspects of family and civil litigation. He has extensive contacts with Counsel and experts in Ireland and a wealth of experience in dealing with Irish litigation procedure. Piarais specializes in all aspects of litigation and has acted for insurers and clients in a wide range of commercial and personal injury litigation cases. He has been involved in many claims ranging from High Court to Supreme Court level in Ireland. Piarais is trained in all aspects of civil advocacy and is qualified to represent clients in Court. |
